Adding third-party embeds

Documentation / Media, forms, and integrations

An embed displays content or functionality supplied by another service, such as a video player, booking widget, or provider-hosted form. The provider continues to control its own service, permissions, and data processing.

Insert the provider code

Obtain the embed code from the provider's official account or sharing interface. In the managed editor, open Embed Code, paste the HTML, iframe, or script, and use Preview to inspect what can be displayed. Choose Insert, then save the page.

Use trusted code only. A pasted script can affect the visitor's browser and may contact external services. Do not paste credentials, private tokens, or administrative snippets into public page content.

The modal preview uses a sandboxed iframe that does not allow script execution. A script-driven widget may therefore look incomplete in that preview even when it works on the saved public page. Equally, a visible iframe preview does not prove that the provider's full interaction succeeds.

Review boundaries and consent

An external form is not a Beeboo native form. Its validation, submission destination, notifications, and exports belong to its provider unless a separate integration explicitly connects them.

Built-in analytics consent handling does not establish automatic blocking for arbitrary embed code. Determine what loads before consent, what cookies or identifiers are involved, and how the provider's behavior fits your site's privacy configuration.

Validate the actual page

Reload the saved page without an admin session. Test keyboard interaction, mobile width, provider errors, and the complete intended action. Check privacy behavior in a fresh browser session as well as with saved preferences.
