Content and publishing
Create pages, organize navigation trees and dated collections, and set each page’s availability. Review drafts and recover earlier content through revision history. Navigation follows the configured page tree, while titles and publishing metadata stay with each page.
Media library
Manage images, descriptions, galleries, videos, and supported embeds. Review how media appears in the page layout, including image proportions and alternative text.
Forms and responses
Build forms, choose notification recipients, and inspect submitted responses in the control panel. Configure the available spam controls and test a form before using it to collect visitor information.
Search metadata and quality
Edit page titles and descriptions, set indexing preferences, and review the available diagnostics. Check the page’s wording and links as well as its metadata before publication.
Languages
Manage source pages and their connected language versions, including localized navigation, URLs, and search metadata. See Multilingual websites for translation controls and review guidance.
Settings and access
Configure website identity, appearance, languages, integrations, and access. Workspaces group one or more websites under shared administration and storage. Connected agents use the same content system with the permissions granted to them.
