Embeds and custom HTML blocks

Documentation / Page anatomy and the managed editor

Beeboo separates embedded content from ordinary text and from custom page design. Choose the content type according to what should appear on the page.

Embed supports provider-oriented content. Code opens an HTML embed-code dialog. Code Block is a separate choice for displaying a code example. Section Embed and Block Embed reference content elsewhere in the site rather than accepting arbitrary third-party markup.

Insert embed code

Choose Code from the block picker, then paste the supplied fragment into Embed Code. Use Preview to inspect the available preview and Insert to add it. The preview runs in a sandboxed iframe that prevents script execution, so it cannot establish that an executable third-party widget will work on the published page.

The editor can recognize supported external script-embed forms, including an HTTPS script source. This does not imply unrestricted execution of every supplied script or document. Check the actual integration requirements and the deployed renderer before promising a widget's behavior.

Only paste code from a provider you trust. Consider what visitor data it sends to the provider and whether consent must be collected before loading it.

Keep the design boundary clear

An HTML embed block does not convert an entire page into native editable content. Conversely, a custom body is a reviewed source replacement with stricter HTML, CSS, and behavior rules. Arbitrary scripts and inline event handlers are not supported in that custom-source contract.

Save and inspect the normal page address. Test sizing, loading, keyboard access, and consent states, and retain an ordinary destination link when embedded content is unavailable.
