Administrator access and site permissions

Documentation / Site administration and domains

Website administration is tied to an authorized account, not to possession of a page URL. Sign in through the website's /admin entry using the email-code process. Use your own approved account; do not share sign-in codes, browser sessions, or personal access tokens with another administrator.

Website membership

The current access model checks whether the account is included in the website's administrator email list or has the workspace's super-admin role. A person who can manage one website may not be able to manage another. If a site is missing, ask the workspace administrator to verify membership rather than creating duplicate accounts or websites.

Super Admin's site editor includes Admin Emails and site-level settings. Changing that list affects who can administer the site. Review the intended additions and removals carefully, retain an authorized recovery contact through your organization's normal process, and avoid circulating the list in public reports.

Super-admin boundaries

Workspace-level actions have stronger requirements. For example, the agent API requires the current super-admin role for website creation and whole-site visibility changes. A write-enabled assistant connection does not bypass those checks.

OAuth uses a dedicated Beeboo sign-in session. Its consent cookie does not grant a website-admin session, and an existing website-admin cookie does not automatically authenticate the dedicated OAuth service. This separation can explain why a connector asks you to sign in again.

Remove access deliberately

Remove unnecessary website membership through an authorized administrator. Also revoke obsolete PATs and disconnect unwanted OAuth apps; these are separate controls. Revoking one connection does not revoke unrelated credentials.

If sign-in fails, check the exact account, selected website, current membership, and code validity. Share redacted errors rather than credentials. See agentic editing and connections for connector scopes and revocation.
