Saving, recovery, and troubleshooting
Beeboo has several distinct saved states. Manual page saves update canonical content. Editor cloud drafts preserve unpublished edits for an eligible page and language. Page backups record earlier content. CMS custom-design controls save reviewed scope or video drafts. Shared shells have drafts, immutable revisions, and a separate active reference. Site snapshots capture wider site JSON for administrator-assisted recovery.
Choose the state that matches the problem before restoring anything. A shell rollback does not restore pages or navigation; a page backup does not restore the entire website. History availability depends on the workspace's actual retention and stored records.
When a save fails, preserve the message and avoid repeated writes from stale tabs. Check the website, page ID, language, and current version before trying again. For interrupted publishing, follow the preserved recovery action rather than assuming the page was never written.
This topic also covers missing pages, layout and media failures, translations, and assistant connections. See getting started, pages and navigation, and agentic editing and connections for the corresponding normal controls.
