Collections and content trees
Collections group pages under a common configuration and, usually, a common base path. Beeboo offers Sequential (tree hierarchy) for ordered material and Dated (blog/changelog) for date-led publishing. A documentation library normally uses a sequential collection; a news archive normally uses a dated collection.
The collection's root file owns item order and parent-child relationships. Each page owns its title, summary, URL slug, and availability. Changing a title does not move a page, and removing a navigation entry does not make its content private.
Use these articles to choose a type, configure its address, build branches, and place collection listings on other pages. Check branch behavior before writing an introduction: some parent addresses redirect to their first child rather than displaying parent content.
After structural changes, open the landing address, a nested item, and the collection listing as a visitor. For related concepts, see Pages and navigation, Blogs, and Languages and translations.
