Search visibility and sharing
Search and sharing metadata describe a page to browsers, external search services, and social platforms. They do not replace the visible page content or provide access protection.
Use the page SEO tab for an SEO title, description, social image, and indexing exclusion. Page titles and summaries still serve their own roles in the page and collection listings. Site settings provide localized description fallbacks and a default sharing image.
Beeboo also computes canonical addresses, generates a sitemap, connects translated versions, and emits structured data when the page is eligible. Root files supply breadcrumb ancestry; URL segments alone do not create a content hierarchy.
Keep discovery mechanisms separate. Main navigation, collection listings, website search, sitemaps, and external indexing are not interchangeable. In particular, a direct-link page can remain accessible and indexable without appearing in a menu.
Validate the saved public response and any external preview separately. See Pages and navigation, Languages and translations, and Site administration and domains for the settings that shape those results.
